It's certainly one of the most helpful and widely read, if not applied. If you have never seen it before, it may just blow you away. Will it be your long term solution? Customer Review: I was trying for about 8 months to lose the remaining 30lbs of post-baby weight I had (of an original total of 60lbs!). I had definately plateaued and actually was beginning to gain weight back! I came across this book and it specifically addressed this issue. I lost 18lbs in 2 months!!! Why, you may ask yourself, didn't I lose the other 12? I got pregnant again! :) And now during my current pregnancy, I am sticking to the 12 powerfoods (although my calorie count is considerably higher) and other basic strategies and have only gained a fraction of the weight I gained during my first pregnancy. My baby is healthy, and my hormones are more balanced as well as my cravings being less. I HIGHLY recommend this for any woman battling weight loss issues; post-pregnancy or otherwise. The idea behind this is a lifestyle change that will make you feel happier and healthier, give you more energy, and help you return to your pre-pregnancy weight faster than ever. Like I said... AWESOME!!!

Customer Review: I purchased this product by a referral from a friend with sciatica. I have TMJ, which causes neck pain and headaches. When I use this twice a day my neck and headache pain are minor if not gone. Its easy and even helps carpo tunnel. The best relaxing and stretching, your body will love you for this. Its not like all the other ones out there that take so long to read the book and cost an arm and a leg. Get this today and reduce that stress and pain.

Customer Review: A very basic and small book that gives a pretty good look at stretching from the inside view. I would have liked a bit more in details, but overall I must say it is a good book that is well worth the price for those who would like to know how the muscles are being stretched when used.

Customer Review: All I wanted was to learn how to properly stretch to increase my flexibility and to prevent injuries. This book not only did that, but it hammered home the message that you shouldn't compare your flexibility to that of others, and that stretching has a multitude of practical benefits, besides flexibility. This is not a book for extremists trying to do the splits on two folding chairs with a child perched on their shoulders. I've never been able to touch my toes, but this book has shown me what stretches to do to get my hamstrings more limber and it's also shown me that stretching is beneficial in many more ways than just flexibility.

It has all the right fields and enough blank space to keep up with some of my own items to track. I turned my mom and my sister on to it as well. The food counts section in the front is comprehensive. The weekly plans and the space for tracking your measurements. Since all successful people journal, if you want to be successful in reaching your health and fitness goals - you NEED this journal!

Customer Review: I bought this book to help me understand how to use the machines at the gym and to learn which muscle groups are being used with each one. It may seem like common sense to a lot of people but I needed it broken down for me, for each machine and each step, and what benefits you get from them each. This book contains work out plans (weight training routines) for beginners, intermediates, and advanced. I have not come across a book quite like it that is actually written by a woman who used to be overweight and made a transformation in this way.
I am a cardio queen and have been looking for something to help motivate me with the weight training. I do great with a trainer but not on my own. This book is really good if you want to do things on your own, step by step, week by week. I think the tips listed on each page are really helpful and Tosca lists actual pages from her own work out diary for you to see.
Highly recommended for a woman who is looking to be more serious about weight training or get started. It has helped me get motivated and I'm really glad I bought it. It breaks it all down for you and gives you things to think about when you are working out and creating goals.
