Aligning the Body and the Mind with the Universal Magnetic Field
To take full advantage of the incredible health benefits of food magnetism, we must first prepare the body and the mind. Step one is to align them with the universal magnetic field. Over thousands of years, in many different cultures, meditation evolved into a structured practice with both physical and spiritual benefits. Archeologists have found 5,000-year-old images in India of people in easily recognizable yoga postures.
